Package Includes 30-Minute Consultation
We are not going to send you 15 different documents expecting you to understand everything. Included with the package is a free 30-min call with one of our attorneys. We usually charge about $700 per hour.
Quick Turnaround: Within 3 Days of Approved Filing
We understand how quickly startups need to move and grow. We can usually complete the incorporation process within 3 days of receiving approval from the Delaware Secretary of State.
Transparent Flat Fees
We charge a flat fee of $799. The only thing not included are government and 3rd-party filing fees. We don’t try and trick you and offer a $99 package that only files the Certificate of Incorporation. You don’t need to pay someone to do that. What you need is a turn-key solution to get you building and scaling your startup as quickly as possible.

Do you only offer Delaware corporations?
Yes, we only incorporate corporations in Delaware. Here’s why.
How much does the package cost?
Our startup package costs $799 which does not include government and 3rd party filing fees.
Why don't you have lower tiered pricing?
We didn’t create our startup package to “almost” incorporate your startup. Our startup packages prepare your company to obtain venture capital or angel financing.
What are the other government and 3rd party filing fees fees?
We do not markup any 3rd party fees. We pass these on to you at cost.

About Us
Hi! My name is Sam Wu and I created this Startup Package. Initially, I created the online package at the request of my clients who are all serial entrepreneurs going through multiple cycles of building, growing, and selling their startups. They asked for an easier way to generate high-quality tech startup incorporation documents that were venture capital funding-ready.
I’m a partner of Innovation Capital Law Group leading the Corporate & Securities Practice Group. I started my law practice in Silicon Valley at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. I’m a startup attorney representing technology and emerging growth companies. I have represented some of the leading public and private technology companies, investment banks (such as Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs), entrepreneurs, technology and emerging growth startups, venture capital firms, and angel investors. I have represented companies in over $5 billion of private financings, mergers and acquisitions, and initial public offerings. I’m also a professor and director of the Startup Law Clinic at Pepperdine Caruso Law School.

How It Works
Complete online form
Once you pay the Startup Package flat fee, we will send you a simple online form that you complete with all of your information. There are step-by-step instructions and you can always let us know if you have a question. Once you complete and submit the online form, you will then be charged the relevant government and 3rd party filing fees.
Receive all formation documents within 3 days
We will get you through this process as quickly and easily as possible. We can usually complete the entire formation process within 3 days of the approved filing from the Delaware Secretary of State.
